Should you require a complete, new, or remanufactured unit for a project that is missing its engine, or an uprated, high-power, fast road or race engine, preserving the providence of the original components, we can tailor a package to suit your exact requirements.

All engines, sub assemblies and component packages are fully backed up with a comprehensive warranty. Remanufactured components are thoroughly inspected and subjected to a detailed and meticulous overhaul. Our processes follow the Federation of Engine Remanufactures (FER) stringent guidelines.

Aston Martin DB4 - DB4GT - DB5 - DB6 - DBS/6

New & Remanufactured, Tadek Marek Designed Aston Engines.

The Aston Martin DB4 engine, designed by Tadek Marek, was initially created with a capacity of 3.7L. The limited-run DB4 GT engine shared this capacity but featured enhancements such as a redesigned twin spark plug cylinder head, twin distributors, and three Weber carburettors.

Development of the engine saw increases in capacity to 4.0L & 4.2L through the AM racing program. The aforementioned 4.0L engine went into production and served Aston Martin in the DB5, followed by the DB6 & finally the DBS/6 with "Vantage" Variants sporting the 3 Weber 45DCOE Weber Carburettors, until the new V8 Engine was introduced.

The opportunities for upgrades and enhancements with this engine range are extensive. 4.2L variants are now very commonplace and are routinely supplied as a "standard package" 4.7L is now well developed and available for those seeking additional performance.

We have a variety of piston and rod length ratios to aid responsiveness and promote smooth running. Further capacity increases are available, 4.5L or even 5.0 or 5.2L for the bold!

For owners who are not looking for a completely new engine but have major components missing, such as a failed cylinder block or head, or are seeking an upgrade or repair, we also cover these scenarios comprehensively.

Options include having a complete carburettor assembly supplied or overhauled, as well as Vantage Weber or 3 S.U. DB4 S.S. upgrades.

New and remanufactured (where available) cylinder blocks and heads can be supplied fully assembled or modified to include performance upgrades of your choice.
