DB9 to Receive Our 6.5-Litre Upgrade

This 2004 Aston Martin DB9 is, quite simply, the nicest example we can remember seeing. Owned for the past 17 years by a senior figure within the Aston Martin F1 Team, it has covered just 18,300 miles from new, including only 3,000 miles since 2010. It has always been garaged, never driven in the wet, and has recently received a full major service.

Finished in its original Blue Sapphire with a Parchment leather interior, deep blue stitching, and blue suede headlining, the car presents beautifully throughout, inside and out.

This DB9 is now to receive our 6.5-litre upgrade, a project that retains the original engine and introduces a highly durable liner system, engineered for years of reliable enjoyment rather than a one-off performance gain. As the build is only just getting underway, this is a genuine opportunity for the new owner to shape the specification from the outset and create a truly bespoke Aston Martin DB9.
