We’re proud to announce a major new service for classic car enthusiasts and restoration professionals: New Tadek Marek cylinder heads for Aston Martin models DB4 through to DBS/6 are now available from Hutson Engineering Services.

Using a combination of original factory drawings and modern solid modelling, we’ve faithfully recreated these iconic cylinder heads with all the advantages of 21st-century engineering precision. Each unit is manufactured in the UK using modern casting patterns and techniques, backed up by aircraft-grade quality assurance from a leading foundry.

Every cylinder head is CNC machined to exact tolerances and double vacuum impreg-sealed—a true belt-and-braces approach to long-term reliability. Whether you're restoring a classic Aston to concours condition or upgrading a weekend driver, these heads deliver both authenticity and assurance.

Choose from retail or trade configurations, with options to receive your head fully assembled and ready to fit or as a bare, machined casting. Suitable for both S.U. and Vantage/Weber carburettor applications, these heads are engineered to match your exact setup.
