Here, we have another 6.0L V12 Engine that has ingested its catalytic converter.  This 2015, AM/29 Rapide S engine has covered less than 18,000 KMS. This cosseted, extremely well-cared-for example experienced running issues prior to being presented to the Aston Martin dealer for diagnosis. 

Hutson Engineering has a stringent repair procedure in place for V12 engines affected by this issue. 

Our detailed measuring and inspection process includes a comprehensive component report that assesses the severity of damage on a sliding scale.

We then determine the necessary steps to successfully rebuild the engine comprehensively, utilising the newly developed aluminium Nikasil liner system, improving durability and future-proofing the Aston Martin V12 engine.
