

Few sounds strike more dread into an Aston Martin owner than the telltale tick. For this DB9, it was a noise that refused to disappear.
After the original engine succumbed to the fault, a replacement was sourced through what appeared to be the right channels. With limited miles covered in the following year due to personal commitments, the owner had little reason for concern. Then, to his disbelief, the dreaded tick returned!
With the warranty window closed and no recourse available, it became clear that a more permanent fix was needed.
Hutson Engineering Services have stepped in to do the job properly, giving this DB9 the foundation it needs for many more years on the road.
